Toes To Bar

Equipment: Chin-Up Bar 

  1. Start by hanging from a chin-up bar with your shoulders glued to your ears.
  2. Pull your thighs towards your chest and swing your toes toward the bar, keeping your legs straight.
  3. Continue until your toes touch the bar or pass through your arms before slowly controlling your legs and body as you lower back down.
  4. Keep the head and neck through your shoulders throughout the entire movement

Increase

Slow each movement down so you are engaging your core for longer.

Only raise your legs half way
