Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Subscription Terms”) apply to all users who subscribe to services provided by The Bod App Pty Ltd (ABN 21 659 738 440) (“The Bod”, “we”, “our”, “us”) via our website, mobile application, or associated digital platforms. These terms should be read together with our General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Model

  1. The Bod offers services via a subscription-based model. Subscriptions may be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual (“Subscription Period”), depending on your selection at checkout.
  2. Subscriptions may include access to training plans, nutrition programs, mindset tools, digital resources, and app features.
  3. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Period.

2. Subscription Fees & Billing

  1. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription (“Subscription Fees”). Fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST unless stated otherwise.
  2. Payments are processed via your nominated method (e.g. Stripe, Afterpay, PayPal, credit/debit card) and will recur until cancelled in line with these terms.
  3. You authorise us and/or our payment processors to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis unless:
    • you cancel before the next billing cycle; or
    • we notify you of changes to Subscription Fees.
  4. Credit card surcharges may apply (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Amex).
  5. If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the payment is received.

3. Free Trials

  1. We may, at our discretion, offer free trial periods. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, access will convert to a paid subscription.
  2. Each user may only access one free trial. Repeat trials may be refused.

4. Cancellations

  1. You may cancel at any time by emailing coach@thebod.com.au with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
  2. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current Subscription Period. Access continues until that period ends.
  3. No refunds or credits are provided for:
    • change of mind;
    • unused time in the current Subscription Period; or
    • early termination or partial cancellation.
  4. Failure to cancel within the notice period will result in renewal and further charges. You are responsible for managing your subscription.

5. Changes to Subscriptions or Fees

  1. We may adjust pricing, subscription tiers, or features from time to time.
  2. If prices increase, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Refunds

  1. We do not provide refunds for subscription purchases, including:
    • partial use of a subscription;
    • change of mind; or
    • failure to cancel within the required timeframe.
  2. Refunds may only be issued where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Termination by The Bod

  1. We may suspend or terminate your subscription without notice if:
    • you breach our Terms & Conditions;
    • your payment fails or is reversed; or
    • we deem it necessary to protect our services or users.
  2. If we terminate without cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused prepaid period.
