These Subscription Terms & Conditions (Subscription Terms) apply to all users who subscribe to services provided by The Bod App Pty Ltd via our website, mobile application, or associated digital platforms. These terms form part of and should be read in conjunction with our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Model

1.1 The Bod offers its services via a subscription-based model. Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis (Subscription Period), depending on the package you select at checkout.

1.2 Subscriptions include, but are not limited to, access to training plans, nutrition programs, mindset tools, digital resources, and app features provided through The Bod’s platforms.

1.3 Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase, all purchases are treated as recurring subscriptions and will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Period.

2. Subscription Fees and Billing

2.1 You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription (Subscription Fees). Fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Payment will be processed via your nominated payment method (e.g. Stripe, Afterpay, PayPal, credit or debit card) and will recur automatically until cancelled by you in accordance with these terms.

2.3 You authorise us and/or our third-party payment processor to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis without further authorisation, unless:

  • you cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle; or

  • we provide you with notice of changes to your Subscription Fees.

2.4 We reserve the right to apply credit card surcharges where applicable (e.g. for Visa, MasterCard, Amex).

2.5 If your payment fails, your access to the subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

3. Free Trials

3.1 We may, at our sole discretion, offer free trial periods for certain subscriptions. If a trial is offered, your access will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled prior to the end of the trial period.

3.2 You may only access one free trial per user account. Repeat trial access may be denied.

4. Cancellations

4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing coach@thebod.com.au with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.

4.2 Cancellations take effect at the end of your current Subscription Period. You will continue to have access to the services until the current billing cycle ends.

4.3 No refunds or credits are provided for:

  • Change of mind;

  • Unused time during the current Subscription Period;

  • Early termination or partial cancellation.

4.4 Failure to cancel within the required timeframe will result in automatic renewal and further charges. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans or Fees

5.1 We may, from time to time, adjust our pricing, subscription tiers, or available features.

5.2 In the event of a price increase, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the subscription following the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Refunds

6.1 As per our general Terms & Conditions, we do not provide refunds for subscription purchases, including:

  • Partial use of the subscription;

  • Change of mind; or

  • Failure to cancel within the required timeframe.

6.2 Refunds may only be issued where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7. Termination by The Bod

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription without notice:

  • if you breach any provision of our Terms & Conditions;

  • if your payment is unsuccessful or reversed;

  • for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our services or users.

7.2 In the case of termination without cause, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any remaining prepaid period.
