Medicine Ball Push-Up

Target Area: Upper Body

Equipment: Medicine Ball 

  1. Start in a standard push-up position with a medicine ball positioned underneath your chest. 
  2. Place your hands on the medicine ball. Your body should form a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders. This will be your starting position. 
  3. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ball, making sure your elbows are tucked close to your sides. 
  4. Pause, then push yourself back to the starting position. This is one repetition.
