Target Area: Full Body 

Equipment: 2 x Dumbbells

  1. Squat down and grab your weight of choice. It can be any two objects of equal weight such as dumbbells, two full water bottles, two chairs or two books.
  2. Keeping the weight at your sides, walk in small steps for the prescribed distance.

INTENSITY

Increase

You can perform the exercise with a heavier weight. Ensure the weight used is easy to grasp.

Decrease

Use a lighter weight until you can progressively get heavier.
