Tricep Rope Pushdown

Target Area: Upper Body 

Equipment: Cable Machine, Rope Attachment

  1. Start with the rope attachment attached to the highest pulley of the machine.
  2. In a standing position with a bend in your hips, allow your torso to be brought forwards and your hips to be positioned behind your heels.
  3. Grip the rope firmly and extend your arms until they straighten. Gradually widen the distance between your hands as you perform the exercise.
  4. Slowly raise the rope back up to the starting position. Ensure you maintain a strong posture throughout the exercise.

Increase the weight on the machine or number of repetitions.

Decrease

Decrease the weight on the machine or number of repetitions.
