Light and fluffy waffles that pack a protein punch? We got you! This protein waffle recipe is perfect for breakfast, lunch or for a mid-afternoon snack!
Protein Waffles
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 50g Protein Powder (Vanilla)
- 30g Plain flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 140ml unsweetened almond milk
- Oil spray
- 30g Nut butter
- 2 tbsp Honey

100g Blueberries
Method:
1. Whisk together the protein powder, flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the vanilla extract, eggs and milk and whisk until thoroughly combined.
2. Heat a waffle maker on high. Once hot, spray light with olive oil spray to grease.
3. Spoon half the mixture into the waffle mould and close the lid.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Repeat for the second waffle.
5. Top your protein waffles with nut butter, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
