What you need 👇
- 500g Beetroot, fresh
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 120g Peanut Butter, crunchy
- 200g Cannellini Beans, canned
- 1 tsp Salt Flakes
- 6g Garlic Gloves
- 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
- 1/2 cup Coriander
How to make 👇
1. Wearing kitchen gloves, peel 3 medium beetroot (500g), then chop coarsely.
2. Process beetroot with 1⁄4 cup lemon juice, crunchy peanut butter, 200g rinsed canned cannellini beans, 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin and 1⁄2 cup fresh coriander leaves until smooth.
