Peanut & Beetroot Hummus Dip | FREE RECIPE

Need a quick, healthy snack? We’ve all been there - it’s a few hours after breakfast or mid-afternoon and - BAM! - a food craving hits. Try this delicious Peanut & Beetroot Hummus dip!

What you need 👇

  • 500g Beetroot, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 120g Peanut Butter, crunchy
  • 200g Cannellini Beans, canned
  • 1 tsp Salt Flakes
  • 6g Garlic Gloves
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 1/2 cup Coriander

How to make 👇
1. Wearing kitchen gloves, peel 3 medium beetroot (500g), then chop coarsely.

2. Process beetroot with 1⁄4 cup lemon juice, crunchy peanut butter, 200g rinsed canned cannellini beans, 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin and 1⁄2 cup fresh coriander leaves until smooth.
