Creamy, chocolatey, and guilt-free - now that sounds like our kind of dessert!
Super easy to make, this dairy free and protein-packed chocolate mousse is guaranteed to be a family favourite in your household. (Although you may want to hide it from the kids because you're not gonna want to share this!)
Five ingredients is all it takes to make this silky, melt-in-the-mouth, chocolatey goodness. It’s the perfect healthy dessert or mid-afternoon snack!

CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MOUSSE
SERVES: 3
Nutritional information per serve:
Calories: 383 | Protein: 1.1g | Fat: 24.3g | Carbs: 29.6g | Fibre: 7.6g | Sugars: 18.4g
INGREDIENTS:
100g Lady Finger Banana
300g Avocado
2 tbs Cacao Powder
2 tbs Honey
30g Chocolate Protein Powder
METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients in a food proecessor, blender or thermomix and blend until it forms a thick creamy mousse.
2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
3. Sprinkle some extra cacao powder on top and voila!
Top Tip: Replace honey with maple syrup to make this recipe vegan!
