A beginner’s fitness program those who may be new to the fitness scene, getting back into it after having some time off, or are postpartum. Find both beginner gym workouts AND a home fitness program to ensure wherever your environment, you will get the best handle on how to approach exercise. STARTER BOD is designed to build muscle and increase strength and fitness while lowering your body fat levels. Our constant online support via our coaches also ensures that whatever kind of guidance you need in terms of nutrition and training is always available. This level contains an exact macro-calculated, balanced meal plan that works in conjunction with the training programs prescribed.
MAINTENANCE BOD is the second, stimulating level of THE BOD. Looking for fitness maintenance? Are you already equipped with knowledge for exercise but need some more structure and guidance? MAINTENANCE BOD is for you. It’s the second level of our female fitness program perfected for women with experience in fitness already but needing an extra push to drive forward. We designed MAINTENANCE BOD for those who are dedicated to their nutrition and training but endeavour to learn more. Including both women’s gym workouts and women’s home workouts, you can transform your body whether you’re at home, or in the gym.
This level is perfect for those who have an understanding of exercise and nutrition, keep active, but want to take it that step further and excel in the results they’re seeing.
PRO BOD Clients have the know-how when it comes to nutrition and training but only want to improve! For pro fitness lovers, the gym workouts and home workouts in PRO BOD are both designed to propel your body into significant change. PRO BOD is the final, most challenging level of our female fitness program. Programmed for the more experienced athlete or trainer who is already following an exercise and/or nutrition plan but wants to see even more progress and advancement. PRO BOD is designed to build muscle and increase strength and fitness while lowering your body fat levels.
This is the first level of The Bod - Men's; designed for those reasonably new to weightlifting and a male who describes himself as a beginner to intermediate level lifter. Learn how to perform exercises with correct technique, programming and form with a step-by-step exercise glossary. Take these skills and start a 12-week training program that you can use time and time again as your strength and endurance progresses and customise a nutrition plan around your level of activity.
Welcome to the Powerbuilder! This second level of The Bod - Men's set delves into the realms of the exact kind of training needed for improved physique progression. Those following Powerbuilder may be interested in a physique competition, or are looking to take their competitive goals more seriously. This level also teaches you how to integrate different styles of training to achieve power and hypertrophy.
The third and final level of The Bod - Men's is for professional powerlifters, and is the PEAK level. D.U.P Powerlifter takes training to its advanced stages and will take you down the path of becoming an elite level powerlifter. Our founder Nathan uses this exact program to prepare for his world record holding powerlifting competitions time and time again.
