INGREDIENTS
2 cups Rolled Oats
½ cup Sultanas
153g Green Apple
½ cup Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
¼ cup Chia Seeds
½ cup Shredded Coconut
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
237g Orange Juice
METHOD
- Grate the green apple and place in a large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix together using your hands until well combined.
- Cover and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
