There’s something so simple yet satisfying about a bowl of Bircher Muesli.
It’s nourishing, naturally sweet, and perfect for busy mornings when you want a wholesome meal ready to go.

This version from The Bod is packed with slow-release carbohydrates, fibre, and healthy fats to keep you fuller for longer. The apple and orange juice bring a touch of freshness that balances perfectly with the oats, coconut, and spices.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Rolled Oats
½ cup Sultanas
153g Green Apple
½ cup Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
¼ cup Chia Seeds
½ cup Shredded Coconut
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
237g Orange Juice

METHOD

  1. Grate the green apple and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix together using your hands until well combined.
  3. Cover and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
