Juicy, golden, and full of flavour. These Spicy Chicken Kebabs are the perfect balance of heat and freshness. They’re ideal for meal prep, weeknight dinners, or BBQs when you want something light yet satisfying.
Marinated in creamy yoghurt and aromatic spices, this recipe keeps the chicken tender while packing in plenty of protein to support recovery and lean muscle growth...The Bod way.

Tips & Variations

- For a lighter option, serve with a fresh cucumber and mint yoghurt dressing.
- Try skewering the chicken pieces with vegetables like capsicum or onion before grilling.
This is one of my favourite recipes when the weather warms up. The yoghurt makes the chicken so tender, and it’s the perfect meal prep base. I’ll often make extra to add into wraps, salads, or bowls during the week.
