Ingredients

  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g wholewheat flour
  • 200 g natural Greek yoghurt
  • 50 g water

Method

  1. Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor or blender for 30 seconds.
  2. Let the mixture rest for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Cook in a high-quality non-stick pan over medium heat until golden on both sides.
