Target Area: Lower Body
Equipment: Sled, Weight Plates
- Load a sled with the desired weight.
- Stand behind the sled and place your hands on the poles/bar.
- Bend over at the waist and begin exercise by driving your legs into the ground.
- Try to push the sled as fast as you can by driving your feet into the ground.

Increase the weight on the sled
Decrease
Use a lighter weight until you can progressively get heavier
