Dumbbell Single Leg Romanian Deadlift

Target Area: Lower Body

Equipment: 1 x Dumbbell 

  1. Hold a dumbbell in one hand, hanging to the side. 
  2. Stand on one leg, on the same side that you hold the dumbbell. 
  3. Keeping the knee slightly bent, perform a Romanian deadlift by bending at the hip and extend your free leg behind you for balance. 
  4. Continue lowering the dumbbell until you are in line with the ground, and then return to the upright position. Perform the number of prescribed repetitions before alternating to the other leg.

INTENSITY

Increase

Increase the weight of the dumbbells or number of repetitions.

Decrease

Decrease the weight of the dumbbells or number of repetitions.
