I cannot believe it's another week of the Kickstart With Sophie challenge down!
It’s been a huge week for me, with a lot of big 8-10 hour days in business meetings (meaning my steps didn’t get hit!), however I have felt like my training has really started to click this week.
I am getting back into a good routine and loving my sessions again. My strength has increased heaps, which is a big goal of mine for this challenge, and being able to move without pain is so exciting.
I took my weekly check-in photos and saw such a massive difference, which is incredibly motivating.
My food hasn’t been on point, it's been a little tricky as I have been trying to navigate how to meal prep in the apartment, however I know this is all just an excuse!
I can't wait for the week ahead!
