Ingredients:
- 500g Lean Beef Mince
- 50g / 1/3 Cup Light Feta
- 70g / 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Tsp Rosemary
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
Method:
- Finely dice onion and garlic
- Combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl
- Roll mix into roughly 20 balls
- Heat oil in a large non-stick pan. Cook in batches on medium-high heat for 15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with your favourite pita bread and greek salad!
