If mornings feel rushed, overnight oats are the ultimate grab‑and‑go breakfast. These Strawberry Chia Overnight Oats are creamy, high in fibre, and keep you feeling full for hours. Plus, they take just minutes to prepare the night before. Once you try them, they'll become a staple 🙏

Makes Two Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats (80g)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (10g)

  • 3 strawberries, chopped (13g)

  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (375ml)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to an airtight container and stir well.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Serve cold in the morning, with extra fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of nut butter if desired.
