Berry Banana Smoothie
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1tsp Cacao Powder
30g Chocolate Protein Powder
100g Lady Finger Banana
50g Mixed Berries
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor, blender or thermo appliance and blend together with ice.
- Serve over ice and garnish with extra berries.

Breakfast Smoothie
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Water
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
30g Protein Powder (Vanilla)
1 cup Oat Milk
1 tbs Almond Butter
1 cup Rolled Oats
METHOD:
- Pre-soak oats and chia seeds in boiling water.
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor, blender or thermo appliance and blend together with ice.

Mint Chocolate Smoothie
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
30g Protein Powder (Chocolate)
1 tsp Mint Essence
1 tsp Cacao Powder
1 cup Oat Milk
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor, blender or thermo appliance and blend together with ice.

Matcha Smoothie
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp Matcha Powder
1/2 cup Spinach Leaves
30g Protein Powder (Vanilla)
3 Strawberries
1/2 tbs Chia Seeds
200ml Almond Milk
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor, blender or thermo appliance and blend together with ice.
Top tip - Swap the matcha powder for an espresso shot for a caffeine boost!
