We love whipping up a delicious, nutritious smoothie here at THE BOD - especially for those hot days or when we’re on the go. So we thought we'd round up some of our fave smoothie recipes for you to try!

Packed with goodness and ridiculously tasty, these smoothie recipes will help keep you energised and satisfied any time of the day. Give them a go and let us know what you think!

Berry Banana Smoothie

 

Berry Banana Smoothie

Serves: 1 

INGREDIENTS:

1tsp Cacao Powder

30g Chocolate Protein Powder

100g Lady Finger Banana

50g Mixed Berries

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor, blender or thermo appliance and blend together with ice. 
  2. Serve over ice and garnish with extra berries.

 Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast Smoothie

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Water

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

30g Protein Powder (Vanilla)

1 cup Oat Milk 

1 tbs Almond Butter

1 cup Rolled Oats

METHOD:

  1. Pre-soak oats and chia seeds in boiling water. 
  2. Combine all ingredients into a food processor, blender or thermo appliance and blend together with ice.

Calories: 708 Protein: 40.5g Fat: 24.8g Carbohydrates: 80.4g

 Mint Chocolate Smoothie

Mint Chocolate Smoothie

Serves: 1 

INGREDIENTS:

30g Protein Powder (Chocolate)

1 tsp Mint Essence

1 tsp Cacao Powder

1 cup Oat Milk

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor, blender or thermo appliance and blend together with ice.

 Matcha Smoothie

Matcha Smoothie

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp Matcha Powder

1/2 cup Spinach Leaves

30g Protein Powder (Vanilla)

3 Strawberries

1/2 tbs Chia Seeds

200ml Almond Milk

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor, blender or thermo appliance and blend together with ice.

Top tip - Swap the matcha powder for an espresso shot for a caffeine boost!
