Girls, we got you. 

Here at The Bod- we have numerous options for working out, swap between gym programs, home programs, function sessions, core sessions and more!

Ideally, an equipped home gym makes life easier and equals the best results- but we understand not everyone has access to equipment- or space. 

Here are the essentials:

Skipping Rope

A step- or sturdy chair

Medicine Ball and/or Kettlebell

Dumbbells (5kgs are a good starting weight!) 

Nice to haves:

Barbell 

Weight Plates 

Pull Up Bar (over door works great!)
